Future Ways of Working is a set of principles, tools and methods that teaches individuals within corporates to be adaptable, agile, customer-centric and innovative.

Lean Innovation combines the creativity and customer-centricity of design thinking, with the scientific rigour of lean startup and the speed and agility of agile methods.

  • Identifying & Prioritising Assumptions

In addition, the Future Ways of Working - Lean Innovation Bootcamp will accelerate project team alignment through formative team-building exercises. This will provide participants with the opportunity to understand the unique perspectives, capabilities and lived-experiences of their team-mates to encourage collaboration and set a precedent of open-communication.

Who should enrol in this course?

The Future Ways of Working - Lean Innovation Bootcamp is for existing corporate teams; ideally 4-5 innovators/participants per team.

The bootcamp is open to corporate teams and is ideal for teams seeking to:

  • Accelerate an idea or innovation project

  • Validate the desirability, feasibility and viability of an existing initiative/project

  • Explore a specific problem, opportunity or ‘how might we’ scenario

What else is included?

Outside of the 2 day training environment, each team will have access to a half day in-house coaching session to assist them to practically apply lean innovation back in their organisation.

What is the cost of the course?

The cost per team is AUD $9,900 ex. GST ($1,980 per team member) for the 2 day Lean Innovation Bootcamp, a half day follow-up in-house Coaching Session and Innovators Toolkit.

Where and when will the course take place?

The Training will take place at the all new WeWork offices on Spencer Street, opposite Southern Cross Station, on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June 2019.
